We are closely associated with many other organic growers and the region's sustainable development movement. We need volunteers from early March through September and prefer people willing to stay for several weeks or more. Work includes greenhouse planting and maintenance, tractor work, planting, weeding, composting, harvesting and selling at the farmers' market. Work is intense, but enjoyable. We offer a room in our house, great local food including our produce and local grass-finished meats. Our farm is just a few miles from the Creeper Trail, a 35 mile rail to trail that ends at White Top Mountain.
